Erica Nock started their work experience in 2008 as Investor Relations at Hunter Hall. Erica then worked as a Business/Product Analyst at Allianz Australia from 2009 to 2010. Erica joined Hunter Premium Funding Ltd in 2010 and held roles as Business Improvement Manager and Operational Risk Manager. Erica returned to Allianz Australia in 2013 and took on various roles, including Transformation Program Manager and New Business Manager - Direct Personal Lines. From 2017 to 2018, Erica served as Head of Customer Retention, Direct Insurance, where they implemented customer retention and loyalty initiatives. Erica later became Senior Manager Strategic Programs from 2018 to 2022 and Senior Manager Distribution Operations from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Erica works as Head of Underwriting Operations at Guild Insurance.
Erica Nock's education history begins in 2006 when they attended the University of Sydney and obtained a Bachelor of International Studies degree in 2008. In the same year, they also attended The Wharton School but did not obtain a degree. Erica then pursued a higher level of education and completed a Masters of Insurance and Risk Management degree at Deakin University from 2009 to 2011. As for additional certifications, Erica obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner Training from the Scrum Alliance in November 2013 and an RG 146 certification from ASIC in March 2008.
