Dianne Krasney

Dianne Krasney serves as the Sr. Corporate Counsel at Guild Mortgage since September 2021 and is a CA Registered In-House Attorney, licensed in Pennsylvania and Georgia. Dianne earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
