Gia Shannon

Gia Shannon currently serves as the VP of Servicing Operational Excellence at Guild Mortgage since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Operations Officer at Short's Travel Management, where management of operations encompassed staff, customers, vendors, and technology to drive service excellence and efficiency. Gia has also held several key positions at Ocwen Financial Corporation, including Vice President roles in Customer Contact Center operations, where responsibility included management of over 1.2 million loans, and oversight of multiple business lines. Previous experience at GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation featured significant leadership in various operational capacities across a 2.2 million loan portfolio. Gia holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from St. Ambrose University.
