Joel Valdez

Joel Valdez is a seasoned Foreclosure Manager with extensive experience in managing loans through the foreclosure process. Currently serving at Guild Mortgage since July 2025, Valdez previously held the same title at Mr. Cooper from June 2023 to July 2025. Prior roles include Foreclosure Supervisor, Team Lead of Default Operations, and Senior Foreclosure Specialist at Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC from July 2012 to June 2023. Valdez collaborates closely with Loss Mitigation and Bankruptcy departments, as well as Foreclosure Attorneys, to ensure effective loan management and avoid dual tracking. Valdez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, obtained in May 2016.
