Mark Petersen has held various leadership and technical roles throughout a distinguished career in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as VP of Strategic Technology Initiatives at Guild Mortgage since March 2024, Mark also operates as the Principal Software Engineer/Project Manager at marketing@petersen.enterprises, LLC since March 2021, where responsibilities included IT leadership and managing audits. Prior experiences include leadership positions at Annaly Capital Management, Fay Servicing, LLC, Kofax, Caliber Home Loans, MetLife Home Loans, BIT, Centex Home Equity, and Advanta Mortgage, focusing on data management, Agile methodologies, and application development. Mark has consistently driven innovation and productivity improvements, leveraging emerging technologies and agile practices across various organizations.
