Nathaniel Flynn

Nathaniel Flynn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology change, project management, and application platform management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations Software & IAM at Guild Mortgage since December 2021, Nathaniel previously held leadership roles at Residential Mortgage Services, Inc., where contributions included directing applications and ancillary applications, with a focus on O365, Azure, and Intune engineering. Nathaniel's earlier career featured significant positions at Brescome Barton Inc., overseeing information technology and CRM systems integration, as well as serving as Wine Director/Manager at Spiritus. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Thomas College, a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
