Paul Mealus

Paul Mealus is an experienced IT professional specializing in information security and risk management. Currently serving as Information Security Manager at Guild Mortgage since March 2018, Paul oversees the Security Operations Center, managing SOC Analysts and ensuring the implementation of security policies and vulnerability management. Prior roles include Technology Risk Manager and IT Governance Project Manager, where Paul developed risk remediation plans and led complex IT projects utilizing Agile principles. Paul's background spans various positions, including Security Analyst and Systems Engineer, with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, project management, and technical training gained from the United States Air Force and Air National Guard. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business IT Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
