Martin Pettis

Martin Pettis is an experienced professional in mental health and community engagement, currently serving as the Associate Director of Inclusion Support at the YMCA of Greater San Francisco since October 2024. In this role, Martin leads the Mental Health Services branch, overseeing staff training and program development. As Co-Executive Director and Head of Community and Membership Engagement at the Guild of Future Architects since November 2019, Martin has driven strategic initiatives to address societal growth. Martin has also held key roles at the CARE Center for Mental Health, Southern California Counseling Center, and The Harmony Project, focusing on access to mental health services and community support. Additional experience includes managing clinical operations at EVO Health and Wellness and quality assurance in digital media at Technicolor and Deluxe Media Inc. Martin's educational background includes studies at California State University, Northridge, and Portland State University.
