Nisha Pabari

Nisha Pabari currently serves as the Head of Transformation for Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nisha was the Interim Programme Lead at Ealing Council, where co-design and development of the Customer Access Strategy were key responsibilities. Nisha also held the position of Interim Programme Manager at Croydon Council, overseeing multiple projects and workstreams, and at London Borough of Hounslow, where project governance was revised to align with corporate goals. Earlier experience includes serving as the Interim Project Manager at London Borough of Hounslow, leading the establishment of community hubs, and as a Project and Change Manager at Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, focusing on service mapping and telephony supplier recommendations.
