Tatiana Korneyko

Tatiana Korneyko is a seasoned human capital management professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager Human Capital at Guinea Alumina Corporation S.A., Tatiana leads the development and implementation of human capital strategies and acts as a business partner to management. Previous positions include HR Business Partner and Human Resources Director at Nordgold, where support was provided to BU management and senior leadership through analysis of HR metrics. Tatiana has also held HR managerial roles at Vertu, VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Hermitage Rus Ltd., and NEVADA Ltd., focusing on HR service startup and management, strategic programs, training and development, and procedural automation. Early career experience includes a position as Science Assistant & Senior Coordinator at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where lecturing and educational process management were key responsibilities. Tatiana holds a PhD in Political Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
