Arsalan Orayedh

Arsalan Orayedh has over 15 years of Information Technology (IT) experience. Arsalan has worked as a Service Delivery Engineer at Gulf Air since February 2004. In this role, they translate business needs into technology requirements and manages all phases of IT infrastructure projects. Arsalan is skilled in system administration, including Sun, AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux, HPUX, and Windows. Arsalan is experienced in the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-availability systems and enterprise backup. Arsalan also has strong troubleshooting skills and has worked on streamlining daily business processes to increase productivity.

Before joining Gulf Air, Arsalan worked at EDS as a Unix Engineer from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Bahrain Credit from October 1997 to February 2004 as an Executive IT Support. In this role, they installed hardware and software, monitored backups and system logs, updated virus scan software, checked server performance, and ensured end users could access network resources. Arsalan also developed and updated the company website.

Arsalan Orayedh attended Isa Town Secondary School from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Diploma Certificate in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Bahrain.
