Bilal Manzoor Hussain has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Bilal started their career as a Reservations Sales Agent at Gulf Air in January 2009, where they worked until March 2010. Bilal then briefly served as a Special Service Agent, handling ticketing procedures, from April to October 2010. Bilal then took on the role of Web Support & Fraud Prevention Specialist at Gulf Air from November 2010 until September 2019. In this position, Bilal was responsible for maintaining and enhancing fraud prevention procedures on various platforms, as well as troubleshooting website issues and coordinating with relevant authorities. Most recently, Bilal held the position of Digital Development Controller at Gulf Air starting from October 2019.
