McMi Nooruddin Jabbar

Nooruddin Jabbar began their work experience in 1998 as a part-time Market Researcher at Pan Arab Research Centre. In 2001, they joined Batelco as an Internal Auditor (graduate trainee) and worked there until 2002. In 2003, they started a new role as a Management Trainee at Gulf Air and stayed in that position until 2004. From 2005 to 2008, Nooruddin worked as an Alliances Implementation Manager at Gulf Air. Since 2008, they have been serving as a Business Operations Manager at Gulf Air, where they are responsible for running 24x7 operations, providing statistics and analysis to management, and managing various applications and reports.

Nooruddin Jabbar, MCMI, has a diverse education history that spans several years and covers a range of fields. In 1996, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Institute Bahrain. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued an Associate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Bahrain. In 1998, they completed their B.Sc. in Business Management with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from the same university.

Over the years, Nooruddin has continued to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2009, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in 2011, they completed a Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI, UK). From 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Sales & Marketing from the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM), UK.

In 2013, Nooruddin achieved the MCMI certification from the Chartered Management Institute, UK. This certification recognizes their professional competence and expertise in management and leadership. Nooruddin Jabbar, also holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from CMI, UK, which they obtained before the MCMI certification.

Nooruddin has continued to expand their skillset, obtaining a 6 Sigma Green Belt certification in 2017 from ASQ, USA. Nooruddin Jabbar, also participated in the Arab American Business Fellowship Program Certificate from Young Arab Leaders, UAE, and Business Development for Action, USA, in 2009. This program provided him with three weeks of executive management skills development and exposure in the USA.

In 2003 and 2004, Nooruddin completed the Gulf National Management Training Certificate from Gulf Air Training & Development, focusing on management trainee development. Lastly, from 1983 to 1996, they attended The Indian School, Bahrain, where they completed the AISSC (Passed XIIth Std.) with a focus on Business/Commerce.
