Sylwia Kowal has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2017. 𝕊𝕪𝕝𝕨𝕚𝕒 began their career as a massage therapist in Londa Hotels and then worked as a physiotherapist at Samodzielny Publiczny Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Świdnicy. Sylwia went on to become a spa manager and therapist at IBB Hotel Grand Hotel Lublin, where they created business development plans and performed various spa treatments. 𝕊𝕪𝕝𝕨𝕚𝕒 also had a self-employed venture as the owner of Physiotherapy Solutions, offering in-home rehabilitation and massage services. Sylwia then transitioned into the automotive industry as a sales and client services expert at Audi Polska. Afterwards, they worked as a physiotherapist at the German Orthopaedic Hospital, providing rehabilitation and physical therapy to patients. In 2014, Sylwia joined Gulf Air as a business class flight attendant, where they focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring safety on board. 𝕊𝕪𝕝𝕨𝕚𝕒 also had a role as a VVIP flight attendant, serving heads of state and adhering to strict VVIP protocol. Sylwia's most recent work experience is as the founder of Sylviascakess, a business that provides European patisserie and cakes to individual and corporate customers.

Sylwia Kowal completed their education at Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Lublinie. From 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at the Social and Environmental University. 𝕊𝕪𝕝𝕨𝕚𝕒 then pursued a Master's degree in Physiotherapy from 2009 to 2011 at the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, they received training in The Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) from Prime Physio Consulting UG in February 2013. 𝕊𝕪𝕝𝕨𝕚𝕒 also obtained immunizations for COVID-19, including the Sputnik V and Pfizer-Biotech vaccines, as well as immunization by recovery, all administered by the Ministry of Health in Bahrain in December 2021 and March 2021, respectively.
