Towhid Amin

Towhid Amin has a diverse work experience in the airline and travel industry. Towhid began their career in 2011 as a Reservations & Ticketing Agent at Gulf Air, where they worked until 2016. In this role, they provided efficient services and product information to travel agencies and the general public. From 2011 to 2013, they also worked as an Officer, Customer Relation at Asian Holidays.

In 2016, Towhid joined Oman Air as a Sales Executive, contributing to the sales and promotion of the airline's products and services. Towhid then moved on to Jet Airways in 2017, taking on the role of Senior Sales Executive for a brief period.

From 2017 to 2020, Towhid served as the Head of Ticketing & Reservation at ShareTrip, where they supervised operations, handled problem resolution, and ensured revenue targets were achieved. Towhid implemented best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance workflow and customer service.

In 2021, Towhid joined Gulf Air again as a Senior Sales Executive. In this role, they focus on seeking new sources of revenue through research and direct contact with private sectors and sales outlets. Towhid also promotes and markets Gulf Air's products and services through visits to various institutions.

Throughout their career, Towhid has demonstrated strong sales and customer service skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the travel industry.

Towhid Amin obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Hotel Management from Ibais University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
