Moayad Alsuwaidan

Moayad AlSuwaidan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Executive Manager in Legal Affairs at Gulf Bank since August 2022, and as an Arbitrator at the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Centre since October 2024. Additionally, Moayad is a Legal Counsel at Dr. Yacoub Abdulmohsen AlSanea & Partners (YYA) Law Firm and a Visiting Professor at Kuwait International Law School, where teaching focuses on Social Theories of Law and Arbitration. As Chair of the Initial Review Committee at the Kuwait Anti-Doping Agency, responsibilities include overseeing anti-doping programs in accordance with international regulations. Previous positions include Legal Counsel at Al-Yaqout & Al-Fouzan Legal Group, Associate Lawyer at Meysan Partners, and roles at Mintz Levin and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
