Nicholas W. is an experienced leader in procurement and real estate management, currently serving as the Head of Procurement, Facilities and Quality Assurance at GBM since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas spent a decade at IBM, where responsibilities included leading the Global Real Estate team for the Middle East and Africa and managing operations across the region’s real estate portfolio. Earlier positions at Nokia Siemens Networks and Johnson Controls involved overseeing facilities management in various African countries and maintaining partnerships with key clients. Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Marketing from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Technology from Moi University.
