Gulf Coast Alloy Welding, Inc. (GCAW), a well established fabricator of ASME Code pressure vessels, has been serving the oil & gas and petrochemical industries since 1981. We provide equipment for capital projects both direct to major petrochemical plants as well as through various engineering and construction firms.

GCAW is certified by the State of Texas and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors to fabricate in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1 and 2 and ASME Section I. We also hold the National Board "R"​ stamp. TUV Rheinland serves as our Authorized Inspection Agency, so you may be assured that GCAW will be in compliance with the latest standards of the ASME Code.

Currently, our shop consists of an average of 65 employees and approximately 50,000 square feet of fabrication space under roof equipped with capabilities to handle up to 350 tons. Additionally, there is ample storage space consisting of twenty-three acres.

GCAW is qualified and experienced in the fabrication of materials including 300/400 series Stainless, Duplex (2205), Super Duplex (2507), Nickel Alloy, Hastelloy and Carbon Steel from small diameters to 20 feet in diameter. We also manufacture custom designed equipment and turn-key modular fabrication, Columns, Tray Towers, Clad equipment and Weld Overlay. Any of our fabricated products can be furnished with special linings per your requirements. All vessels are built, tested, assembled, blasted and painted in-house. This includes ladders and platforms, insulation, instrumentation or electrical that may be required.
