Manager Of Mental Health First Aid And Education at GULF COAST CENTER

Alison Boudreaux, MA, QMHP-CS, serves as the Mental Health First Aid Outreach Coordinator and Manager of Mental Health First Aid and Education at Gulf Coast Center since September 2020. With extensive experience at the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office from 2001 to 2020, Alison held multiple leadership roles including Director of Special Services, where oversight of Domestic Violence, Elderly, and Youth Services was provided. Additional responsibilities included acting as the Louisiana Crime Victims Reparations Parish Claims Investigator and PREA Coordinator, managing crisis situations and liaising with victims. As an Academy Instructor, Alison taught various critical courses and implemented important crisis intervention protocols. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
