Isabelle Darling

Isabelle Darling is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Culture, Belonging, Learning and Development and Program Director of the Western Region at Upwardly Global, where the mission focuses on eliminating employment barriers for immigrant and refugee professionals. In addition, Isabelle holds the position of Clinical Lead Mental Health Consultant at Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services, providing mental health technical assistance and promoting integrated care for agencies serving refugees. Previous roles include Principal at Engaging Inquiry, Adjunct Professor of Social Work at Fayetteville State University, and Yoga Teacher/Health & Wellness Coordinator at Hayat Yoga & World Dance Arts. Isabelle's background also includes significant experience in refugee resettlement and mental health services, notably as Program Monitor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and In-Home MSW Therapist at Trauma and Family Integration. Isabelle holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science from Hampshire College.
