Nancy Weeks has extensive experience in social services and health care coordination, currently serving as a Case Manager at Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services since May 2017. Prior roles include Health Care Coordinator at Humana and Centene Corporation, where telephonic outreach and support for optimal health were key responsibilities. Additionally, Nancy held the position of Care Manager at Aging Wisely and served as a Social Worker at Suncoast Hospice for over a decade. Early career experience includes a Senior Program Specialist role at the Florida Department of Children and Families, where oversight of the Medicaid Waiver Program was a significant responsibility. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and has completed studies at the University of Florida and Indiana University Bloomington.
