Sheila Solomon Rudd is a seasoned professional in workforce development and community engagement, currently serving as the Program Director at Gulf Coast JFCS since July 2021. In this role, Sheila leads the new Workforce Development program aimed at empowering individuals with job-search and career transition skills. Prior to Gulf Coast JFCS, Sheila co-founded and served as the Executive Director of TampaBay-Job-Links from 2010 to 2021, where comprehensive job-search programs benefited over 1,400 participants. Sheila's diverse experience includes roles as a freelance writer, program administrator, and director in various Jewish community organizations, as well as foundational work in ophthalmic technology and education. Sheila holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Linguistics from Binghamton University and has completed additional education at Gratz College and the University of Florida Shands Teaching Hospital.
