Andy Cortez

Andy Cortez has extensive experience in blood center management, currently serving as the NDC Manager at Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center since August 2014. Previously, Andy held the position of Donor Services Manager at Inland Northwest Blood Center, overseeing operations at three collection centers and managing over 40 employees. Prior roles include Donor Care Supervisor at United Blood Services, where daily center goals were met, and Supervisor at Las Palmas Life Care Center, managing various departments and performing billing tasks. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Ashford University and a Technical Diploma from the Naval School of Health Science.
