April Whatley has extensive experience in veterinary medicine, currently serving as the Cardiology Lead Patient Care Technician at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists since December 2013, with prior roles in critical care and as lead technician. Previous positions include Veterinary Technician at both Appleby Sand Road Animal Clinic and North Street Veterinary Clinic, and earlier roles at VCA Animal Hospitals as a Receptionist and Kennel Technician. April Whatley holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science with a focus on Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from Cedar Valley College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University. Additionally, April Whatley has completed coursework at San Jacinto College.
