Culinary & Dining Services Director at Gulf Coast Village

Xavier Duclos is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Gulf Coast Village since August 2021, Xavier previously held the position of Culinary Director at American House Senior Living Communities from April 2020 to August 2021. Prior to this role, Xavier was the Executive Chef at TPC Treviso Bay from December 2018 to February 2020 and served as Executive Sous Chef at Stonebridge Country Club from July 2016 to December 2018. Xavier’s culinary education was completed at Treyget from 1985 to 1987.
