Louise Oades

Louise Oades is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Legal and Corporate Secretarial at Gulf International Bank since June 2019, Louise leads legal and corporate secretarial functions while advising executive leadership and the board on legal and regulatory matters. Previously, as General Counsel and Company Secretary at RWC from January 2015 to June 2019, Louise managed legal risks across various regions.
