Lorin Tuwi

Lorin Tuwi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of Talent Management & Development at GMG since March 2024. Previously, Tuwi held the position of Head of Talent Management at a confidential company in Dubai from March 2022 to March 2024, leading a team of 14 and overseeing HR functions for over 750 employees across multiple sectors, including Oil & Gas and Shipping. Tuwi has a strong background in HR business partnership, having successfully managed employee relations for a shipping business unit across various international locations as Regional HR Business Partner. Earlier career experiences include roles at BMW Group Middle East, progressing from Sales Channel Development & Customer Relations Trainee to Human Resources Manager. Tuwi holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from The Philipp University of Marburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Law from Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
