Arvind Uppal

Mr. Arvind Uppal is B. Tech. from IIT Delhi and is a Post graduate in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and has over 31 years of experience in Business Development, International Marketing and General Management. Currently he is serving as Chairman and Non-Executive Director on the Board of Whirlpool of India Limited and Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of Akzo Nobel India Limited and a member of various Board committees. Prior to joining Whirlpool, he has worked with Nestle, in India and overseas. Under his leadership Whirlpool of India rebounded to be one of the most profitable ones in its segment. Under his tenure as Executive Director he was able to streamline – products, people, perception, and positioning of the Company.
