Robert Silliman has been with Gulf Oil since January 1987, holding the title of OPS Analyst/Facility Manager. Robert manages terminal managers in administrative functions, oversees company fleet, handles permitting processes, budgets, and capital expenses. Robert also manages the day-to-day running of the corporate office. Prior to this, Robert worked at Diamond Shamrock as a Manager of a self-service gas station. Silliman holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting from Hudson Valley Community College.
