Amer Shaker

Amer Shaker is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Managing Director at GulfStar since January 2012. Prior to this role, Shaker was the Director of Operations and Business Development at Gulf Supplies & Commercial Services from August 2006 to January 2012. Shaker began a career in the semiconductor industry as Regional Sales Manager at Reliability Inc. from March 2000 to October 2003 and later held the position of Managing Director at Best Ic Laboratories from July 1988 to December 1999. Academically, Shaker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Oregon University, where studies were completed between 1986 and 1988.
