Michelle Irons

Michelle Irons has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Michelle began their career at Navy Federal Credit Union in 2008, where they held roles such as Account Specialist, Debit Card Services Specialist, Training Instructor, and Assistant Supervisor. In 2014, they joined Gulf Winds Credit Union, initially working as a Credit Card Specialist before being promoted to Training Coordinator. Michelle later became the Training and Development Manager and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Training and Development. The most recent role is from October 2021.

Michelle Irons attended Gulf Coast State College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies.
