Olivia Mott

Olivia Mott is a marine mammal specialist at Gulf World Marine Park, with extensive experience in animal care and conservation. Prior positions include seasonal carnivore keeper at Brookfield Zoo and keeper at the Animal Park at the Conservators Center. Olivia managed significant teams as a pool manager and head lifeguard for the Park District of Forest Park. Experience as an Americorps member with the Racine Zoological Society involved providing wildlife education and husbandry assistance. Internships at Shedd Aquarium and Brookfield Zoo focused on the care of marine mammals and other wildlife. Olivia holds a Master of Science in Marine Conservation and Resource Management from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science, Biology from The University of Alabama, alongside study abroad experience in Marine Sciences at The University of Queensland.
