Michael Sluiter

SVP, Reservoir Engineering at Gulfport Energy

Michael Sluiter has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, starting as a Wireline Engineer at Schlumberger in 1996. Michael then worked at Santos as an Engineer before joining Noble Energy in 2007. At Noble Energy, they held various roles including Business Development - Engineering Advisor and Business Unit Manager in the Permian region. In 2018, they became the Senior Vice President of Reservoir Engineering at Gulfport Energy Corporation.

Michael Sluiter completed their B.Eng (Chem)(Hons) degree at the University of Sydney from 1991 to 1996. Michael then pursued further studies in Chemical Engineering at Toulouse INP, although exact dates are not provided.
