Luis Pando

Luis Pando is a highly experienced Technical Specialist Engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace, having joined the company in November 2021. Prior to this role, Luis spent a decade at GE Aviation, where significant contributions included establishing the Hardware Development team in Queretaro, Mexico, expanding the team from 2 to nearly 70 engineers, and overseeing the planning and implementation of a $7 million hardware development laboratory for the Power Systems division. Additional roles at GE Aviation included Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, Hardware Systems Engineer, and Electronic Design Engineer, focusing on aircraft power conversion and distribution. Earlier experience includes positions as Hardware Development Engineer at Continental Automotive Systems, Test and Validation Engineer at Delphi, and Product Engineer at Lear Corporation. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Control Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua.
