Wesley Ashworth

Wesley Ashworth, Ph.D., serves as a Senior People Engagement Specialist and Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist at Gulfstream Aerospace since July 2022. Prior to this role, Wesley was the Owner and Lead Consultant at Ashworth Consulting from October 2021 to November 2023, specializing in organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Wesley's extensive experience includes a 25-year tenure with the US Army, where roles encompassed Senior Logistics and Personnel Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager. Wesley holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, an MBA in Logistics from Trident University International, and a certificate in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute.
