Scott Higdon

Scott Higdon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott currently serves as the Vice President of Property Management and Special Projects at Gulfstream Commercial Services, where they oversee property management, maintenance, contracts, and leasing partnerships. Scott is also a licensed agent and actively networks for commercial opportunities in various sectors. Prior to this role, Scott was the Founder and Co-Owner of Preservation Station Market and Event Center, where they successfully transformed a $90K investment into a profitable asset valued at over $1.2M. Scott was responsible for strategic planning, marketing, facility management, and more. Scott also has previous experience at CRS Onesource, where they held roles in business development, eventually becoming the General Manager and Director of Business Development. During their tenure, Scott achieved significant sales revenue and was recognized as the highest gross profit percentage producer. Scott also worked for Owensboro Board of Education as a Behavioral Specialist and Director of Family Resource Center, where they led operations, designed behavioral programs, and collaborated with external agencies.
