Psalm B. has extensive experience in the gaming and customer service industries, particularly in slot operations. Currently serving as the Director of Slot Operations at Gulfstream Park since July 2019, Psalm B. has held various roles within the organization, including Assistant Director and Slot Performance Manager. Prior experience includes a Sales Representative position at Aliance Resort Group, a Lead Marketing Agent role at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and customer service responsibilities at Dave & Buster's Inc. Notably, Psalm B. also managed slot performance at Boyd Gaming and L'Auberge Lake Charles. Before transitioning to the gaming sector, Psalm B. held roles in inventory control at Wal Mart, technical support at HP, and as a Nurse Intern at Sacred Heart Hospital. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cebu Institute of Technology, with additional studies in statistical reasoning and social psychology.
