Binesh Balan

Binesh Balan is an experienced Information Security Manager and Architect at Gulftainer since March 2012, where responsibilities include securing the operations of a leading private-owned port management company worldwide. Binesh develops and implements advanced security technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing, while also overseeing security strategy design, mentoring security teams, and conducting security assessments. Prior to this role, Binesh served as Principal Technical Consultant at Spantec Solutions from February 2008 to February 2012, leading the IT Infrastructure division and managing projects for notable clients including the Ministry of Education and DHL.
