Patrik Knoll has a range of work experience, primarily in the customer service field. Patrik started their career at Blizzard Entertainment in 2005 as a Game Master and then transitioned to various roles within the customer service department. These roles included Representative, Trainer, Senior - Customer Service Quality Control, and Team Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing teams, providing coaching and performance reviews, and overseeing training and curriculum development. In 2017, they became the Group Manager of Customer Service, where they led a large organization consisting of managers and line staff. In 2021, they joined GULP – experts united as the Head of Operations and later took on the role of Head of Contract Management and Operations.
Patrik Knoll completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at University College Cork from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same institution, which they studied from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they have certifications in Agile Project Management from APMG-International and Occupational First Aid from FETAC, which they obtained in 2014 and 2010 respectively.
