Aditya Maini

Aditya (Addy) Maini has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Aditya (Addy) currently holds the role of President at Scholar Hotel Group since October 2022, where they previously served as Chief Operating Officer from June 2017. Aditya (Addy) is also Chief Operating Officer at Gulph Creek Hotels since February 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Aditya was Vice President at Real Estate Capital Management, LLC, starting from January 2015, overseeing hotel operations, asset management, and acquisitions.

Aditya (Addy) also served as Director of Operations at Grand Cascades at Crystal Springs Resort in 2007, and Director of Rooms and Services at Westin Princeton in 2006.

Aditya began their career at ARAMARK in 2001, holding various positions including Director of Operations and Guest Services Director until 2006.

Aditya (Addy) Maini has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Widener University. Aditya (Addy) also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same university. Additionally, they have a BTEC HND from Westminster College in London, UK, with a focus on Hotel, Catering, and Institution Management.
