Rita Ipsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rita started their career in 1994 as an Account Manager at SenaReider Advertising, where they managed accounts and handled collateral development, qualitative research, and reporting. From 1998 to 2001, they worked at Consigliere Brand Planning as a Research Associate, responsible for focus group scheduling, respondent selection process, and contributed to screener and discussion guide development for clients like Nissan and Nestle.
In 2002, they joined Diablo Clinical Research as the Manager of Marketing and Community Outreach. Here, they developed and implemented patient recruitment strategies, created community outreach programs, and led the corporate branding redesign.
In 2006, they became the Manager of Production and Operations at The Marcom Group, managing deliverables, scheduling, and agency billing. Rita also implemented a production and client communication system and handled internal production metrics and reporting.
Most recently, they have been working at Gumas since 2010 as an Account Director. Their responsibilities include strategic leadership and management of major agency accounts across various industries such as finance, sports equipment, avionics, and technology. Rita develops and executes integrative marketing plans, conducts brand research and positioning, and oversees various marketing initiatives.
