Samantha Massa

Samantha Massa is an experienced professional in account management and client services with a strong background in advertising and event coordination. Currently serving as an Account Executive and previously holding the role of Client Services & Ad Operations Manager at Gumball since August 2020, Samantha developed effective client proposals and managed advertising campaigns utilizing platforms such as Google AdManager and Google Analytics. Prior experience at Discover Los Angeles included roles in both membership and advertising sales, where Samantha enhanced member experiences and organized events for members. Samantha also contributed to the growth of event sales at Rodizio Grill as an Event Coordinator and Catering Manager, and gained valuable experience as a Marketing Intern with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, complemented by minors in Business and Leadership Communication.
