Joseph Diaz

Joseph Diaz is an experienced handyman and assistant superintendent with a career spanning over a decade in the maintenance and management sectors. Since March 2019, Joseph has worked at Wallack Management and has held dual roles at Gumley Haft since July 2015, where responsibilities include handyman duties and supporting the superintendent, along with serving as a doorman at 969 5th Ave. Previously, Joseph worked as a general foreman at GDC Contracting, LLC from 2009 to 2015. Joseph's educational background includes training at the Thomas Shortman Training Fund from 2016 to 2018, focusing on the Resident Manager Career Track, alongside attendance at Glenmont Job Corps Center and Cassadaga Job Corps. Joseph is a graduate of John Jay High School.
