Rebecca Frame

Rebecca Frame has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and retail industries. Rebecca began their career in 2012 as a Regional Training Specialist for Costa Vida, Fresh Mexican Grill, where they traveled regionally to 16 locations in the Utah State Area, implemented the annual training schedule, and ensured individuals kept QA standards for customer satisfaction. In 2014, they were promoted to Regional Manager of Dispatching at Vivint Smart Home, where they presided over the Eastern Region in the Technician Dispatching Department and was tasked with complex daily data analysis for the entire department. Rebecca also served as the Autism Speaks Coordinator. In 2016, they joined Pasqual's Cantina as the Assistant General Manager/Hilldale Mall Marketing Liason, where they consistently showed lower labor percentages and lowered overall food cost compared to other locations and previous management. In 2019, they became the Director of Events and Co-Operations at Vintage Brewing Company, and was entrusted with a high-complexity restaurant. Rebecca also became an Angel Investor at Naked Wines. In 2021, Rebecca was appointed Regional Training and Development Leader at Shake Shack, where they were an empathetic and enthusiastic leader guiding team members, trainers, cross trainers, and managers on the Service Priorities, Shack Standards and qualities necessary to run effective operations ranging from short to long term results. Finally, in 2022, Rebecca began their current role as Outbound Business Development at Gummicube, Inc., where they work in App Store Optimization and Big Data Analytics for Mobile App Marketing.

Rebecca Frame is currently attending Penn State University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Marketing and Leadership. Rebecca is expected to graduate in 2022 and will then attend Cornell University to pursue a Project Management 360 degree in Project Management.
