Andrea Hauser

Andrea Hauser serves as the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Acute Care Nursing at Gundersen Health System, with a professional trajectory that spans various leadership roles including Nursing Vice President and Director positions. With a clinical background as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator, Andrea has contributed to the field as a Clinical Manager and Clinical Nurse Leader. In addition to extensive healthcare experience, Andrea has also engaged in academic roles as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Andrea's educational credentials include a Doctorate in Nursing Practice focused on Executive Nursing Leadership from Concordia University-Wisconsin, a Master’s in Clinical Nurse Leader from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and a Master's in Nursing Education from Winona State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
