Johnny Brevik

Johnny Brevik is the Director at Gundersen Health System. Johnny was previously the Director, User Experience at Optum from August 2016 to September 2019. Before that, they were the Manager, Business and Web Services at Logistics Health Incorporated from September 2014 to August 2016.

Johnny has been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Johnny started their career as a business and web services manager before moving into user experience. In their current role, they are responsible for user experience across all OptumServe products, contracts, clients and stakeholders. Johnny also develops, owns and executes the organization’s digital strategy, including product ownership of OptumServe’s enterprise and proprietary web portals/properties.

Leading a team of experience designers, interface/visual designers, front-end developers and process engineers, Johnny is dedicated to creating a positive user experience. Johnny is constantly innovating and looking for ways to improve the user experience for all of Gundersen Health System’s products and services.

Johnny Brevik has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Stout. Johnny is also certified as a LeSS Practitioner from The LeSS Company.
