Kayla Jones

Kayla Jones is a seasoned nursing and recruitment professional with extensive experience at Gundersen Health System since June 2004, currently serving as an MSN, RN Nursing/Systems Recruiter. In this role, Kayla is responsible for hiring RNs and LPNs across various healthcare settings, managing new graduate recruitment, and leading projects such as HireVue. Kayla previously held the position of Clinical Manager, overseeing a team of over 50 RNs, and also served as an Interim Clinical Manager focused on inpatient behavioral health operations. With a solid clinical foundation as a BSN, RN, Kayla has a history of compassionate patient care and leadership in safety and quality committees. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing and Organizational Leadership from Winona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Viterbo University.
