Mike Mihalek

Mike Mihalek, CHFM, currently serves as Facilities Manager at Gundersen Health System since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held leadership positions in facilities and security at Centura Health, overseeing operations for 18 hospitals and managing extensive facility portfolios. Mike’s experience includes directorships at Winona Health, focusing on facility operations and clinical engineering, as well as project management at various contracting firms. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and training from Dale Carnegie, Mike demonstrates a strong background in facilities management, code compliance, and construction project oversight.
