Jaime L. Narayan

Jaime is a venture fund and tax partner located in the Silicon Valley office. Jaime’s practice encompasses all areas of general corporate and partnership taxation, with a focus on the formation and general representation of venture capital funds and related entities, and the structuring of tax-efficient commercial and transactional structures for their venture fund and corporate clients.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Jaime was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.
