Keith Scherer

Keith Scherer is a partner in the Boston office of Gunderson Dettmer, where a specialization in representing public and venture-backed companies is practiced. The focus includes advising clients on public and private equity offerings, periodic reporting and disclosure matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from 2004 to 2007, and as an attorney at Jenkins Gilchrist between 2003 and 2004. Keith Scherer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Justice from American University and received a law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2003.
